Peter Lopez
Co-founder / CEO
Peter Lopez is an Emmy Award winning Executive with over 30 years’ experience in Broadcasting, Cable, and Digital television. While at Telemundo he created over 20 News and Entertaining programs, most notable was Sin Fronteras, an Award-winning News magazine show that ran on Prime Time on Telemundo Network for 6 Years. Part of his career at Telemundo was to create Alliances with broadcasters throughout Latin America, some of those alliances were with Caracol in Colombia, Globo in Brazil, TV Azteca in Mexico, RCTV in Venezuela among others.
Jorge Otero
Co-founder / EVP
He is an award-winning industrial/graphic designer. He is the creator and producer of original formats for Discovery. He has produced over a thousand short forms of branded content for renowned brands and platforms. In addition, Jorge is an executive producer with experience in virtual reality and a senior director of post-production for multiple formats. He is also the co-founder and executive producer of iKartoons, an animation company that develops and produces content for Disney, Paramount, Cartoon Network (Turner-Warner Media), and Televisa.

As Chief Growth Officer of Goldenbird Films, I channel my passion for innovation and digital media to create inspiring content, using my experience in product launches and marketing to drive films that uphold values and inspire humanity.

Graciela oversees all production operations, from casting to execution. With over ten years of experience working with TV networks such as National Geographic, A&E, NBC Telemundo, and Warner Bros & Discovery, she has produced branded content for leading campaigns with clients like Walmart, Jack Daniel’s, and Pizza Hut. Her background spans live events, news, and award-winning productions, bringing both creativity and precision to every project.

Erika brings structure and flow to every production. With 15+ years leading teams for global brands in high-pressure environments, Erika ensures efficient timelines, clear communication, and seamless coordination.

Sound & Music Producer
Audio mixing engineer, recording artist, and music composer with more than 10 years of experience working in sound design and mixing for hundreds of commercials and radio spots, 360 audio for VR projects, TV series, and animation pilots for creative companies such as Discovery, Nat Geo Kids and Cartoon Network.
